"Good Faith"

17 months ago I joined a team working on a project. I made the assumption that the terms under which I worked on the project were the same as the terms under which my team mates did. It has become clear that was not necessarily the case. I made that assumption in good faith. My losses are my fault and yet another lesson in human nature; a subject in which I am most assuredly a lousy student. I feel no resentment, perhaps a slight tinge of betrayal. And even that will not linger for long.
